State Delegations

Each state will be invited to appoint a slate of delegates to attend the NCST in Warrensburg, Missouri in 2010. Each state delegation has one vote on matters of Congress business. The 2005 state delegations will remain in place for consideration of interim NCST revisions until the 2010 Congress delegations are established in early 2009. Congress procedures require the state director of student transportation or the person serving in that capacity to pick up to seven delegates and qualified alternates.
